• Countries of the European Union and Norway:
Participation in shipping costs based on the weight and price of the item will be requested.

• For Switzerland:
Participation in shipping costs based on the weight and price of the item will be requested.

With Colissimo, your order comes from Monday to Saturday between 9am and 12pm directly into your mailbox. In the event of absence or impossibility of delivery of your parcel (e.g., insufficient sizes of mailbox), your parcel factor shall file a notice of passage indicating the date and address of the Post office where you may withdraw your parcel upon presentation of an identity document. The delivery of LOFTATTITUDE.COM furniture is:

The preparation time, packaging, transportation insurance and shipping costs are not covered by the costs incurred by the customer.

Buyers, non-professional natural persons, receive a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to return the product to Loft Attitude for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return fees (Warning any order shipped will incur return fees). Attention all our Colis are sent with a guarantee strip that indicates that: You must check your parcel before taking delivery in the event of agar or missing made reservations written to the carrier!
This guarantee strip also allows you to quickly see if the package was opened during transport.
