Swivel Lounge Chair Biscotti Kagney Fabric

The swivel Kagany Biscottis armchair does not try to be spectacular. He tries to be right. And it's often more difficult. Its globular silhouette, its rounded volumes that follow from the armrests without apparent rupture, its slightly granular biscotti fabric between the broken white and the hot sand: everything says the immediate comfort, the invitation to sit, the promise of an armchair that one will no longer want to leave. At 76 cm wide for 77 cm deep and 77 cm high, it is compact without being narrow, generous without being bulky. Its swivel base in stainless steel, round and low, almost invisible under the textile volume, allows 360 ° rotation without apparent mechanism. 20.3 kg, artisanal manufacture, plywood and pine structure. A high-end lounge chair who knows exactly what it is: a comfortable and presence furniture, for a living room or office that seeks a strong room without the need to shout to be heard.

A design that immediately attracts the look

The silhouette of Kagney is built on a continuity of rounded volumes that reminds the big cocon chairs of the 70s, but refined from all that could appear dated in this register. The upper and enveloping folder closes slightly forward, creating a side protection zone that gives the chair this feeling of cocoon without having excessive. The armrests are integrated into the same continuous curve, no ridge or junction visible with the rest of the structure. From the front, the silhouette is almost circular, with this bulge of the bottom of the seat which gives the chair its inflated and generous appearance. Aside, one collects the depth of 50 cm better: sufficient to settle there really, with the legs slightly raised if desired. The biscott fabric, with its slightly granular polyester sons, captures the light with this mate softness that is neither dull nor brilliant. He has texture, perceptible to touch as much as to the eye, and this texture is what prevents the globular silhouette of the Kagney from appearing smooth and without character.

Why choose this model for your interior?

• A magnifying globular silhouette in matte biscott fabric: The biscott tint, between broken white and hot sand, is one of the most versatile in the cozy neutral register. It adapts to almost all the interior pallets without ever swearing, and the slightly granular fabric gives it a surface presence that smooth tissues of the same hue can not reproduce.
• 360 ° stainless steel swivel base: Stainless steel is the most durable swivel base material that is in home use. It does not oxidize, does not deform, and guarantees a fluid rotation in the long term that aluminum or plastic bases can not ensure with the same constancy.
• 44 × 50 cm seat with armrests integrated at 57 cm: The armrests at 57 cm in height are in the natural comfort zone of the arms in the relaxed position. The seat of 44 cm wide and 50 cm deep allows a truly relaxed installation, without the legs overflowing or the position is constrained.
• Removable cushions for easy maintenance: On a clear biscott fabric, the possibility of removing the cushions to maintain them separately is a concrete advantage that changes the chair management over the long term. A comfortable comfort that we appreciate all the more over time.
• 20.3 kg for a repositionable swivel chair easily: The swiveling base does not replace the possibility of moving the chair in the room. At 20.3 kg, the Kagney repositions effortlessly, which is a real benefit in a living room that evolves with seasons or occasions.

In which room to install this chair?

A generous volume show is its natural space, but Kagney also fits very well at an adult office or adult room with reasonable proportions. Its compactness, 76 × 77 cm of footprint, allows it to integrate into spaces where a wider chair would be embarrassing. This works particularly well with the Biscotti fabric, it is a natural oak flooring floor or light limestone slab, on which the warm tint of the fabric is an immediate evidence. Associated with a dark natural wood side table or golden brown metal, it creates a reading or relaxing corner that has a real identity without the need to be loaded with accessories. The swivel stainless steel, dark hue base, naturally dialogue with the black or dark elements of space: a table frame, a lamp, a dark ceramic object. In a living room that already has a natural fabric sofa, Kagney Biscotti integrates with a palette consistency that requires no coordination effort.

An ideal choice for an affirmed decoration

The Kagany Biscotti swivel armchair is those we choose when we stopped looking for something extraordinary and we understood what you really wanted: an armchair that is both beautiful and comfortable, compact and generous, timeless and warm. Its enveloping globular silhouette belongs to no precise trend, which protects it from the risk of appearing dated in a few years. Its biscotti fabric will age if it is carefully maintained: a regular passage to the soft brush, and the removable cushions treated separately when needed. Its stainless steel base will not be degraded under the conditions of a standard interior. And in ten years, this armchair will still be as comfortable and just as the first day. It's ultimately the easiest criterion for evaluating a Lounge chair: Would we still want to choose it in ten years? With Kagney, the answer is yes.
