Oval console in beige-coated CLAYTON

The CLAYTON console by Richmond Interiors features a clean silhouette set on a striking solid asymmetrical base. Its eco plaster beige finish, applied to an MDF structure, delivers a matte, textured look that evokes natural stone without the weight. With a length of 129 centimetres and a height of 80 centimetres, this slender console is ideal for an entrance hall or against a living room wall. Its unique slanted, bevel-sculpted base creates a graphic silhouette that contrasts with the finesse of the oval top above. Designed for interiors seeking a piece that is both organic and minimalist, this CLAYTON console fits just as well in an entrance hall as in a corridor or a contemporary living room.

A design that immediately catches the eye

From the very first glance, the CLAYTON console makes a graphic statement thanks to the pronounced slant of its solid base. This unique pedestal, bevel-sculpted and narrowing towards the floor, creates a striking contrast with the finesse of the oval top it supports. The eco plaster beige finish, with its slightly grainy texture, brings a mineral and soothing note that unifies the whole piece. With a depth of 38 centimetres, this console remains compact enough to fit into an entrance hall or corridor without ever obstructing movement. Its net weight of 37 kilograms makes it a stable console, designed to withstand repeated everyday use. This clean silhouette, free from superfluous ornamentation, reflects a minimalist and sculptural approach to hallway furniture.

Which room should this product be installed in?

The CLAYTON console naturally finds its place in an entrance hall, where its sculptural base becomes a focal point as soon as you step through the door. Installed in a wide corridor, it offers an elegant drop zone for keys and mail, while adding an organic touch to the décor. In a contemporary living room, it can also serve as an occasional console behind a sofa, paired with a lamp or mirror to visually enlarge the space. Its beige, textured tone works particularly well with light walls, which it enhances through refined material contrasts, but also with darker shades, where it creates a soft, mineral contrast. In a pared-back entrance hall, this console adds an organic touch that elevates the whole room. Whether in a Scandinavian interior or a more minimalist, calming décor, this console blends in with equal elegance.

An ideal choice for a bold décor

Investing in a console like CLAYTON means choosing an organic piece designed to last, far from standardised consoles that lack character. Its MDF structure ensures long-lasting durability, an essential criterion for furniture intended for intensive everyday use. The eco plaster finish, chosen for its soothing texture and timeless shade, transcends trends without ever looking dated and continues to bring character to the entrance years after installation. This is not just a console, but a true sculptural piece capable of structuring an entrance hall or corridor with confidence. Its slender format also makes it a practical choice, designed to fit easily into circulation spaces. By opting for an organic silhouette and a mineral finish, this CLAYTON console stands out as a lasting décor investment, for an interior that reflects a certain art of living, where every detail matters.
