The Rechargeable table lamp TROLL 2.0 yellow Sompex brings a bright, graphic accent to everyday spaces, from a compact dining table to a side cabinet in the hallway. Its tall, slim stem, small square base and tapered pleated shade form a silhouette that feels both familiar and refreshingly modern. On a desk, it creates a focused island of light without covering your working surface; on a bedside table, it adds colour without visual heaviness. Place it on a windowsill to draw the eye towards the view, or use it in the living room as a movable highlight around the sofa area. The rechargeable function frees it from cables, allowing you to move this vibrant yellow lamp wherever a touch of warm, intimate light is needed around your home. At approximately 38 cm high with an 11 cm diameter shade and a 10 cm wide base, it remains visually slim even on narrow shelves or small bedside tables.
The TROLL 2.0 yellow Sompex stands out through its distinctive pleated shade: vertical fluting runs from the narrow top down to the wider rim, giving the cone real texture and rhythm. This shade directs light gently downwards, echoing classic table lamps while keeping a very clean, contemporary profile. The long, thin stem introduces a generous gap between base and shade, lending height and elegance without looking bulky. At the bottom, the compact square base acts like a quiet pedestal, visually grounding the design and balancing the broader shade above. The uniform yellow finish runs seamlessly from base to tip, creating a strong monochrome statement that feels playful yet considered. This sunny tone instantly catches the eye, whether the lamp stands alone on a side table or pairs with a second one along a wide console or buffet.
The TROLL 2.0 yellow Sompex adapts easily to different rooms and layouts thanks to its slender proportions and directional light. On a small bistro table, place it slightly off-centre so plates and glasses remain comfortable while the shade still frames faces warmly. On a long dining table, use a pair spaced along the centre to create islands of light without relying on overhead fixtures. In the living room, position it on a side table beside the sofa armrest so it illuminates drinks, books or a board game. On a hallway console, team it with a low tray and a simple framed print to create a welcoming vignette. In a home office, set it to one side of your screen as an accent lamp. Over time, the TROLL 2.0 yellow Sompex can become a visual thread that ties evolving rooms together. Its monochrome finish means it partners gracefully with many materials: pale oak, darker stained wood, black metal, rattan, terrazzo or smooth lacquered surfaces. To maintain coherence, repeat its sunny yellow in modest touches such as cushion piping, a graphic poster or a small ceramic vase. The lamp’s refined silhouette works with both minimal and eclectic interiors, softening strict lines or punctuating more casual arrangements. As furniture is rearranged or new pieces arrive, you can easily shift the lamp from dining table to console or bedside, letting it reconnect zones through colour. Because the design is neither overly ornate nor ultra-industrial, it bridges different styles, ensuring your lighting keeps pace aesthetically as your home’s character naturally evolves.
