The rechargeable table lamp OMBRELLINO blue Sompex brings a playful, intimate glow wherever you place it. Its petite umbrella-like silhouette feels made for the centre of a bistro table on the balcony, the corner of a sideboard in the dining room or a small coffee table beside the sofa. Compact and cable-free in use, it moves easily from desk to terrace, from bedside to reading nook, following evenings, seasons and moods. The soft blue colour gently punctuates neutral spaces and cools warmer palettes without clashing. Light is directed downwards under the scalloped dome, forming a cosy pool that flatters glassware, ceramics or a favourite book. At only 23 cm high, OMBRELLINO never blocks the view across the table, encouraging conversation and eye contact while quietly structuring the scene with its calm, distinctive presence.
The design of the OMBRELLINO blue rechargeable table lamp Sompex is defined by its charming parasol-shaped shade, edged with a delicate scalloped outline. This dome sits on a slim, straight stem that rises cleanly from a neat circular base, creating a silhouette that is both airy and visually grounded. The soft blue finish unifies shade, stem and base, giving the lamp a monolithic, almost sculptural quality. The aluminium body appears smooth and opaque, channelling light strictly downward in a focused halo rather than flooding the surroundings. Proportionally, the 16 cm diameter shade slightly overhangs the base, reinforcing the umbrella impression and emphasising protection and intimacy. From the side, the profile is simple yet recognisable, making it an easy accent piece that reads clearly even in a busy decor. Every line feels intentional, from the rounded edges of the foot to the gentle curve of the dome’s underside.
With its 16 cm diameter footprint and 23 cm height, the OMBRELLINO blue Sompex rechargeable table lamp is tailored to compact but expressive placements. Position it at the centre of a café-style balcony table to frame two place settings without crowding plates and glasses. On a narrow console in the hallway, it supplies a gentle pool of light for keys and mail while leaving room for a small tray or vase. In the living room, pair it with a stack of books on a side table to create an intimate reading corner beside an armchair. In the bedroom, it suits slim bedside tables where traditional lamps feel oversized. To keep your decor cohesive as it evolves, treat the OMBRELLINO blue Sompex lamp as a soft-colour anchor you can echo subtly elsewhere. Its gentle blue sits comfortably alongside pale timber, whitewashed finishes and sandy neutrals, forming a calm base palette. Introduce cushions or throws with fine blue stripes or patterns to pick up the tone without overwhelming the space. Metals like brushed aluminium, light chrome or matte black can appear in frames and accessories to mirror the lamp’s contemporary character. Because its shape is distinctive yet restrained, it adapts easily as you rearrange furniture: move it from dining table to dresser, from outdoor table under cover to home office desk, and it will still feel at home. By repeating similar curves or scalloped lines in mirrors, trays or ceramics, you can gradually weave a consistent visual language around this understated, umbrella-shaped accent.
