The Square outdoor cushion STAY stone grey Blomus instantly finds its place on a garden sofa corner or a deep lounge chair. Its neat square format tucks comfortably against a backrest, under the lower back or supporting the side when you stretch out. The stone grey shade, mid-toned and calm, partners just as well with black metal frames as with light wood or woven resin seating. On a spacious terrace sofa, it marks the end seat and visually completes the composition; on a single armchair, one cushion is enough to suggest a defined reading spot. The subtly padded faces keep the silhouette flat yet inviting, avoiding an overstuffed look. Placed on an outdoor rug, it becomes a casual support to lean against during long conversations. Used as a pair, it rhythmically anchors both ends of a bench, giving the entire outdoor arrangement a collected, intentional feel.
The STAY stone grey cushion stands out through its precise square shape, with clean, controlled corners that feel graphic without looking severe. Each face is gently padded, giving a discreet fullness that prevents it from appearing rigidly flat. The woven-looking fabric introduces a subtle texture, adding depth to the mineral grey and catching light softly. This stone grey tone sits comfortably between warm and cool shades, making it easy to pair with sandy beiges, off-whites, eucalyptus greens or dark charcoals. From the side, the cushion shows a consistent thickness and tidy seams, reinforcing its orderly impression on a sofa with multiple modules. Its proportions avoid bulk while still being visually present, so it reads as a deliberate accent rather than a random extra. Whether it leans slightly or rests upright, the cushion maintains a calm, structured appearance that supports modern and timeless outdoor atmospheres alike.
On a corner garden sofa, position the STAY stone grey cushion at the intersection of the two backs to soften that often under-supported angle. On a daybed or sunlounger, slide it where the backrest meets the seat to improve posture while reading. Its square footprint suits wooden benches along a wall, turning them into more welcoming banquettes, and it also works well on single low armchairs on a compact balcony. The restrained stone grey brings a calm note beside terracotta pots and lush foliage. If you like composed sets, mix it with a second model from our cushion category, keeping similar tones but varying sizes to avoid visual monotony. In dining areas, one or two cushions on the host chairs at each table end can subtly echo those in your lounge corner, tying zones together.
This STAY stone grey cushion acts as a neutral anchor that lets your outdoor decor evolve without losing its overall thread. Its mineral grey pairs gracefully with shifting accent colours: mustard in summer, deep greens in autumn, or soft blush details for spring. To keep the look cohesive, repeat the grey tone in small elements like lanterns, side tables or planters. Combine the cushion with plain textiles in off-white or beige for a calm base, then add one patterned piece to avoid a flat ensemble. Because its shape is straightforward and its colour unobtrusive, you can move it from the main sofa to a reading chair or a bench without disrupting the atmosphere. Think of it as a connecting piece linking different seating spots, allowing future furniture additions or rearrangements to feel integrated rather than improvised.
