The Square outdoor cushion STAY charcoal grey Blomus instantly finds its place on a modern patio lounge chair or a low garden sofa. Its compact square format offers comfortable support for the back or side without crowding the seat surface. The deep charcoal grey shade quietly structures the outdoor area, pairing easily with pale wood, black metal or woven fibres. Used alone, it punctuates a minimalist armchair; grouped, it gives rhythm to a corner sofa or built-in bench. Its clean silhouette echoes contemporary hotel terraces while remaining easy-going enough for everyday use. Whether you are fitting out a narrow balcony or a generous deck, this cushion slips naturally into the layout, adding both visual weight and softness. It becomes a simple tool to redraw lines, mark a reading spot, or refine the atmosphere of an existing outdoor seating arrangement.
The Square outdoor cushion STAY charcoal grey Blomus is defined by its perfectly square outline and subtly padded, flat front and back panels. The corners are crisp rather than rounded, giving the cushion an architectural, graphic presence well-suited to streamlined outdoor furniture. The fabric has a woven look in a rich charcoal grey that feels dense and deep, neither shiny nor overly matte. This subtle texture catches light softly, adding relief without distracting patterns or prints. The moderate thickness avoids a bulky appearance; instead, it reads as a well-balanced block of colour that sits neatly against a sloping backrest or rail. On metal-framed lounge chairs, it adds volume and comfort, while on pallet sofas it softens the raw lines of the wood. No decorative buttons, piping or quilting interrupt the surface, reinforcing a calm, minimal aesthetic focused on proportion, colour and texture.
Use the Square outdoor cushion STAY charcoal grey Blomus to draw focus within your seating layout. On a compact balcony, position it against the back of a folding chair or narrow bench to carve out a defined reading corner without taking up extra floor space. Along a long garden sofa, repeat two or three cushions at equal intervals to structure the line and subtly separate conversation zones. In a lounge chair with a sloping back, wedge the cushion at lumbar height to straighten the posture and give a more lounge-like feel. You can also place it sideways at the arm end of a daybed to create a relaxed headrest. To explore complementary shapes and tones, pair it with other pieces from our curated outdoor cushion selection, balancing this dark block with lighter greys, stone or muted colour accents.
For lasting visual coherence, treat the Square outdoor cushion STAY charcoal grey Blomus as a chromatic anchor within your outdoor scheme. Its deep neutral hue works as a stable backdrop to changing accessories and plantings. Over time, you might rotate brighter cushions, lanterns or tableware, while this charcoal element quietly ties everything together. Combine it with natural materials – oiled teak, weathered oak, stone tiles, jute-style rugs – to enhance its warm depth, or with white metal and glass for a sharper, architectural impression. The square format remains easy to reposition, moving from a balcony chair to a lounge sofa or even a sheltered window seat without breaking the visual thread. Echo the woven look of the fabric in details such as outdoor rugs or storage baskets so that texture, as much as colour, becomes a recurring, unifying theme.
