The Floor lamp TUBO white Sompex brings a clean vertical line to any room, especially beside a modern sofa or reading chair. Its slim white tube rises lightly from the floor, adding height without adding visual weight, ideal for living rooms where furniture already fills much of the space. The small angled cylindrical head focuses light exactly where you need it, whether onto a book, an armrest or a textured wall. Placed behind a pale corner sofa, the lamp slips almost invisibly along the backrest, creating a quiet pool of light at the side. Near a window, its white silhouette blends with frames and curtains, supporting the architecture rather than competing with it. In a compact city apartment, this minimal floor lamp offers targeted lighting and a sense of order, making circulation easier around low tables and modular seating.
The Floor lamp TUBO white Sompex is defined by an extremely slender tube, stretching 120 cm as a clear, uninterrupted vertical. The uniform white finish gives a calm, graphic look that harmonises with light walls and subtly contrasts darker backgrounds. At the top, the small cylindrical head breaks the straight line with a gentle angle, suggesting motion and direction. This angled element immediately reveals the lamp’s purpose: to direct light precisely where attention is needed. The flat circular base echoes the head’s geometry, but remains visually understated, keeping the focus on the vertical stroke. Because the tube is so fine, the lamp reads almost like a drawn line in the room, leaving surrounding furniture and textiles to express character. This makes it particularly well suited to interiors where clarity, simplicity and breathing space are essential.
The Floor lamp TUBO white Sompex works especially well in living rooms, standing just beside or slightly behind the sofa to create a comfortable reading corner. Its compact base allows it to slide under the edge of many low tables or close to furniture legs, so you can keep walkways open. In a bedroom, position it near a lounge chair or at the side of a low dresser to replace bulkier bedside lighting. The upward-reaching line is also effective in home offices, placed between desk and shelving to highlight one focused area without flooding screens with light. In open-plan spaces, use it to mark the boundary between lounge and dining zones. To coordinate it with other understated designs, explore our curated selection of contemporary floor lamps and repeat the slim vertical theme in different corners.
Over time, the Floor lamp TUBO white Sompex acts as a quiet anchor for your changing decor. Its neutral white surface sits comfortably next to shifting colour schemes, from soft beiges and warm greys to more saturated blues or terracottas. Pair it with light wood furniture, woven rugs and matte ceramics for a serene, natural look, or let it stand against a dark accent wall to underline architectural lines. Because the lamp occupies little visual space, you can rearrange sofas, side tables and artwork around it without disturbing the overall balance. If you later introduce patterned curtains or a statement armchair, the simple white tube will provide a visual pause. Repeat touches of white in frames, cushions or storage boxes so the lamp’s vertical line feels deliberately integrated rather than isolated.
