IXIA cream two-seat sofa with generous cushions

This IXIA two-seat sofa combines a wide cream seat with two large back cushions, smaller accent cushions and padded arm details. Short dark feet lift the pale base slightly. IXIA specifies a polyester and linen cover, double-feather seat filling and removable zippered seat, back and side cushions. Dry cleaning is recommended for those cushions.

Design and materials

The low rectangular arms give the silhouette a clear edge, while their soft padding breaks up the straight line. A continuous seat cushion runs across the front. The dark feet repeat the wood tones of the table shown in IXIA's official photograph.

Why choose this sofa?

• One broad seat anchors the living room.
• Two large back cushions soften the outline.
• Padded arms add gentle relief.
• Cream works with natural light.
• Dark feet define the base.

Where should it go?

Set the sofa opposite a bookcase or around a low table, with room to walk past both arms. A round wooden table echoes the softer cushions without hiding the front edge. The photographed table is a separate item.

A considered interior choice

Cream lets the seams and folds carry the detail. Keep extra cushions few so the supplied back and side cushions remain visible. IXIA recommends dry cleaning the removable cushion covers; the supplier does not say that the sofa base is removable.
