Large IXIA cream three-seat sofa with thick seat

This longer IXIA sofa gives the layered cream seat room to extend across a larger living area. Two broad back cushions rise over the arms and balance its thick lower line. Cover folds at the arm joins soften the frame. IXIA specifies cotton and linen fabric, pine structure, foam and feather filling, removable covers and dry cleaning.

Design and materials

The seat appears substantial in profile, with an upper cushion visibly raised over the layer beneath. The long continuous front emphasises the horizontal shape; at the sides, soft seams keep it from looking like a rigid block. Studio images reveal the thickness without relying on styling accessories.

Why choose this sofa?

• The thick seat shapes a long front.
• Two back cushions rise above arms.
• Cream keeps the large volume light.
• Soft seams show the cover's layers.
• A broad rug gathers the room.

Where should it go?

Let the sofa organise an open conversation area. A generous rug can unite it with a small table and a lighter chair, while leaving its thick front visible. Check the exterior dimensions and retain enough space to move past either arm.

A considered interior choice

Warm wood and pale stone help the cream remain luminous without turning the whole room white. Resist heavy throws that hide the layered seat. Dry cleaning is IXIA's recommendation for the removable covers; the photographs do not establish a particular feel or durability.
