Large IXIA pale green three-seat sofa with covered base

This IXIA three-seat sofa extends two broad seat cushions over a long fabric-covered base. Its supplier colour is green, but the official photographs show a very pale shade that approaches sand in some light. Two large back cushions and smaller side cushions bring a loose, layered outline. IXIA confirms 80% cotton and 20% linen upholstery, a pine frame and black PVC feet requiring assembly.

Design and materials

The central join divides the long seat without creating a hard line. Back cushions echo that division above, while smaller side cushions lean toward the centre. The covered base runs almost to the floor; side light reveals its fabric texture and the cushion seams.

Why choose this sofa?

• A long front anchors the room.
• The pale green stays understated.
• Loose cushions soften the back.
• The covered base stresses its length.
• Cotton and linen form the upholstery.

Where should it go?

Leave space around both ends so the full length can be appreciated. Two small round tables can serve the seats without covering the whole front. Check the dimensions below for doorways and paths. Natural light may make the pale green easier to see.

A considered interior choice

A medium timber floor can draw out the subtle colour, while pale stone keeps the room tonal. Avoid crowding the back with extra cushions; those shown already give it rhythm. Matte ceramics and one dark wooden table are enough to frame the plain fabric.
